    🅿️Parking

    Onepark / Autopay

    Fomo has Autopay as a parking system. Cameras read your registration number upon arrival and departure, and parking ends automatically.

    Parking regulations:

    Zone P1 (Guest Parking): This zone is reserved for guests. Zone P1 is the first entrance closest to the bus road.

    Zone P2 (Employee Parking): This zone is reserved for employees with a valid parking agreement. Zone P2 is the entrance closest to IKEA.

    GREEN, ZONE P2 = EMPLOYEES WITH AN AGREEMENT WILL NOT BE BILLED

    RED, ZONE P1 = GUESTS / EMPLOYEES WILL BE BILLED

    Prices Guest Parking (2 hours free)

    Guests are allowed to park in both Zone P1 and Zone P2. They can park for free for 2 hours, after which parking will be charged.

    • Reverse parking only
    • Electric car charging is next to building C
    • Please note: parking in the electric car areas is not permitted unless the car is being charged

    At FOMO, our streamlined support system connects your inquiry directly to the right person, at the click of a button! It's called my.fomo and works wonders.

    Make onboarding smooth, post the inquiries you might have during the onboarding as individual tickets in my.fomo.no

    Before attacking the to-do list, you have to read through the following sections to get a better view of the things that you need to do.

    Onboarding employees

    MyFOMO helps you onboard new employees as smoothly as possible.

    After signing a lessee contract with FOMO, you will receive information from Wild Bill on how to onboard the rest of your employees.

    Mailbox 📭

    If your company has a postal address in Grenseveien 19 or 21, 4313 Sandnes, you must have a mailbox!

    Here is how to claim a mailbox:

    1. Go to myFOMO and post a ticket "Want mailbox".
    2. Change your company's postal address (not the same as company address) in Brønnøysundregistrene.
      Use Grenseveien 21, 4313 Sandnes!
    3. DO NOT list Fomo Works as a part of the postal address. PLEASE DON'T!
    4. Buy a sign with your company name by clicking here! Choose 5-line sign, white with black letters.
    5. We will message you the mailbox number assigned to your company.

    Access & Keys

    Keys are orderd automaticaly when you registrer your employees in my.fomo.no

    IMPORTANT: when you register your employees in my.fomo.no, check the "access" box, or else they won't receive a key!

    Production takes 1-3 working days.

    Keys are delivered to your office.

    Production fee: NOK 486 per key

    I guess you need internet. Once again, our support team is ready to assist.

    If you need a direct fiber connection, set up WiFi, servers our collegues from E-provider will help you day and night.

    They can also fix you computers, setup IT equipement, servers and much more.

    IT-tickets go directly to E-providers support senter.

    Parking at FOMO

    Get your Parking permissions together

    We use Autopay for parking at FOMO. Just drive in and out — cameras take care of the rest!

    1. Establich Parking agreement with OnePark. Email leieplass@onepark.no and state your FOMO adress.
    2. Provide OnePark with a list of all employees who will require parking access.
    3. Each employee must register their private vehicle(s) in the Autopay system.
    4. All non-registrered employees pay "guest" rates.

    IMPORTANT: all inquiries must be directed to Onepark.
